The intimate, welcoming studio space features a Studio Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, and small apparatus for a full-body Pilates experience.

Or try out small group training on the TRX, Ugi Ball, or Barre Fitness. The Bodywell also offers  prenatal and children's yoga classes. We keep our classes small (4-8 students) so that you'll always receive the best instruction and quality attention you deserve.
